Billing, Guarantees, & Refunds

Subsriptions to time period based memberships, i.e. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual educational trade signals come with a 100% money back guarantee according to the following terms and conditions. Subscriber must submit a letter requested refund via certified mail and including a certified trade log from broker showing that subscriber did actually place the trades from the membership site to the address listed above. No quantity limit is required. If the educational trade signals do not profit in the period the subscriber paid for the subscriber shall receive one equal period of membership for free immediately following the period where the educational trade signals did not profit; if the period that the subscriber has received for free does not profit the subscriber shall be refunded for the one original pay period; educational signal profit shall be determined based on the trades open and closed during that period only and shall not include any exchange, commission, or other fees subscriber may incur placing the trade. The subscriber shall not be entitled to more than 2 periods refunds for the life of their account. Beyond the previously stated refund policy and due to the sensitive and educational nature of the materials, Insight Investors LLC does not refund any other payments for the services and products purchased by subscriber for webinars, live conferences, or ebook materials unless the subscriber has not opened the ebook, atteneded the live conference, signed for delivered educational content, or atteneded the online live webinar. Any cancellations made are effective immediately. Insight Investors LLC may in its discretion refuse service to any new or current subscribe at any time without any reason. Where applicable and explicitly stated Insight Investors LLC may provide an equal term of free service if paper trade results do not meet profitable expectations for the period following the period that was paid for by the subscriber.. These disclaimers may be amended at any time without notice and will be available for subscribers customers to view upon request of insight investors through certified mail or by viewing this page if the website is available for viewing. Subscription fees and included services may be modified at any time. If fees are increased subscribers will be given a 14 day notice. Cancellation may be made at any time by Insight Investors LLC or by customer/subscriber. Unused time will not entitle user to a refund unless cancellation is initiated by Insight Investors LLC. Cancellation must take place 5 business day prior to subscription renewal by calling the company toll free number listed on www.insightinvestorsllc.com. Customer shall receive an email confirmation of cancellation within 1 business day of cancellation. If customer does not receive a confirmation email within 1 business day of cancellation subscriber should call the toll free number again. Customer service will be available during normal business hours. Forgetting to cancel a subscription in no way constitutes a cancellation. Cancellation must be made by directly by subscriber. This is to ensure the protection of all parties. Any attempt to chargeback shall result in all collection fees, chargeback fees, subscription fees, and any legal fees required to recoup all losses directly or indirectly associated with the chargeback being due to company and subscriber agrees to pay such fees without contest.

No Sharing of Educational Content

If successive logins are taking place from multiple IP addresses on subscriber account then subscribers account may be suspended and cancelled without refund and subscriber agrees that they shall forfeit any right to a refund and any attempt to chargeback shall result in all collection fees, chargeback fees, subscription fees, and any legal fees being due to company.

Subscriber agrees that under no circumstances for any reason shall the amount due to subscriber for any reason or level of loss exceed that of the cost paid by subscriber to Insight Investors LLC. The broker may or may not compensate Insight Investors LLC for allowing them marketing space that results in funded accounts on Insight Investors LLC websites. Subscriber agrees that in any legal claim through contract or tort or otherwise shall be limited to and not exceed for any expense the amount paid by subscriber to Insight Investors LLC for any services or product it has paid Insight Investors LLC directly. Insight Investors LLC may at any time cease the distribution of its newsletter to an auto-trading broker in its sole discretion and is not required to give notice of such action or decision. Neither subscriber and any third-party related to subscriber shall not hold Insight Investors LLC liability for any change, cancellation, or temporary hold of Insight Investors LLC services. Insight Investors LLC has and will not have under any circumstances have any liability for any trade made by any broker on any subscriber or non-subscribers behalf. The subscriber must notify the broker of any changes in auto-trading or profile information. The subscriber must understand how to use auto-trading and should contact their broker for questions regarding auto-trading for setup, maintenance, margin, monitoring, and different settings that may be available with the broker. The subscriber must notify the broker when cancelling their auto-trading service with Insight Investors LLC or its website division regardless of whether or not the subscriber has notified Insight Investors with any form of communication of subscribers action or intent to cancel. Subscribers and non-subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insight Investors LLC of any trades autotrader or otherwise placed before, during and after their subscription.
